From the quote process to actually installation and payment, I felt confident and comfortable in my decision to work with them. Omar was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have our best interest in mind when providing recommendations, which can be hard to find. The work quality was stellar along with the system they installed. Installation was seamless and quick. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and thorough. Couldn’t recommend Clima more!

**Updated review** Clima Cool did call back that weekend after missed appointment to set up a follow on time to provide a quote for install of single zone mini split in our small house. The owner clearly knew what he was doing, and they provided the most competitive quote. We went ahead and booked them for the install. I was thankful as the vast majority of HVAC repair businesses will not install a mini split unless you buy it from them. (We had bought ours at Home Depot). They arrived on time for the day of the install, installed the unit professionally and tested it. It has been working fine with no problems. I would recommend this business moving forward. **Initial review** Set up appointment for Fri 5/19. They said they would be there between 12-2pm. No one showed up. I called Clima's phone number and left a voicemail, and texted on Thumbtack, but never received a response.
