Don did the maintenance on our stores air conditioning. The price we were quoted was the price we were billed. Years ago we had another company come out and they were there 10 minutes and charged us $500. We will call DC/AC the next time we need something done on our A/C

I was in a complete bind and needed my mini-split AC/Heat Pump installed ASAP. DC/AC contacted me within minutes after putting out the request through Thumbtack. Don (my contact) said he is committed to having the installation done the next day. An hour after talking with Don he sent one of his techs (Matt) over to evaluate. Matt, an outstanding and very knowledgeable professional told me what needed to be done, how long it would take, and an approximate cost. I received the final quote a few hours later and accepted it. The next day the crew arrived early and finished the job by mid-afternoon. We were thrilled how smooth the process went. I strongly recommend DC/AC for all Air and Heating work.

Excellent service! To start, Don was extremely responsive to all of my messages and questions. He was never in a hurry or felt rushed or as if I was wasting his time and he took the time to fully explain all of my options. In the end, he saved me a lot of money with a better alternative. I have had 3 "big name" HVAC companies out to visit and Don is the only one I would trust to overhaul my system. I will be doing all of my work through him in the future. You will not be disappointed hiring Don to do any of your work. This is the kind of person you always hope will come out to evaluate your system but it never happens with these big name companies. Don't look any where else and hire DC/AC!! Thanks Don!

The fan on my furnace failed to respond when I attempted to start it for the colder months. Without knowing anything about DC/AC, I selected them based on numerous good reviews. The choice was a wise one. Don and employee showed up on a holiday weekend, diagnosed the problem and gave me the news. A part had broken and, because the furnace was old, it may take some time to find a replacement part. Don gave the situation some thought and decided he could improvise and I would have the furnace up and running that day. His idea worked! I appreciate someone who is patient to explain problems in a language I can understand, and who is willing to think outside the box to get the job done.
