Our new HVAC system was installed very professionally in Feb and I called in July to ask for a system check now that we are using our A/C. The service rep (Lot Xaya) arrived and began by checking air flow, temperature, air filter, and ducting. He determined that we had a heavily-damaged duct system. Over the course of then next hour, he crawled through impossibly narrow openings, dirt, and dust to repair the damage. He did so eagerly, politely and without complaint. Truly way above and beyond anything I could have expected on a "routine check-up" call. My original install and this service call were exceptional.

Called for service on Monday. Came out quick on Wednesday. Lot was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated with video though the inspection/diagnostic process. Needed part and came back on Thursday and fixed issue. Very happy with service and will continue to use Progressive from now on. Thank you Lot.

If I could give Progressive 10 stars I would. They came out to replace my moms old unit and were professional and courteous.This year we had a roof leak and had to make sure that everything was ok with the unit. They came out and helped us make sure everything was safe and sealed (something they didn't have to do).If you are shopping around for a great HVAC company you just found it, stop and hire Progressive to the work done.
