I can't say enough good things about our experience with Steve. His level of knowledge and enthusiasm for getting our issue fixed were amazing. He took his time with us to help us understand what he was doing, what he was testing and where the problems might be. He not only got our issue fixed that day, but it was one day after we called him to help. He was a pleasure to work with and we will only be calling Progressive and Steve from now on! 10/10 experience, value and timeliness.

Steve and Lat are an exceptional team! Steve was the third technician from the third company that I reached out to troubleshoot my Bryant split unit heating and AC system. He traced it down to two circuit cards and even found the root cause, which was an old wire that had been grounded out. Saved me a bunch of money fixing my 10 year old unit and was the most professional and courteous tradesman I have ever met. It was truly a great experience, and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of heating or AC.

Great service. Resolved a years-long issue with one room being 10 hotter and another being 10 colder. Over a year later with no issues, the maint plan has saved us from other headaches as well. James is a rockstar, he's in my thoughts on hot days.
