- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing comes from a set price book, we don’t price our jobs or services based on where you live or what to own. We do offer senior and military discounts, and we do have financing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we inquire about that customer specific needs and concerns they have with their existing hvac system and living situation. Once we know what and where their concerns are, we evaluate the level of work and equipment needed to address those issues. At this point, we come up with a couple different installation options for the customer to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and licensed by the CSLB, accredited by the BBB, EPA certified, OSHA certified and a combined 25+ years of installation and service experience.
