From the initial communication to the completion of the project, the team at Expert Woodworking exhibited professionalism and expertise. John and Jordan were terrific! They did an awesome job putting together a beast of a gazebo, remained calm and professional when I tried to put in my two-cents worth of (pointless) advice, and did an additional task of installing my security door with no hesitation! They even jumped in and helped my husband move a heavy piece of furniture that would of sat where it was for who knows how long. I will definitely use their services again, and will gladly recommend them to anyone!

I was surprised that the whole job was done primarily (95%) by one person. I thought a "team" would be doing the job and that it would probably take at the most, two days. Rey was a very hard worker and he put long hours into the project (it took four days to complete) At the conclusion, he did mention that there were extra parts that he did not know where they should go. He asked if I could find them in the instructions (and I did find them) so he did ask if I wanted them installed and I said "yes of course" He did take apart the sections and re-did them. He was very friendly and again a very hard worker. The only reason I put "good" instead of excellent is that it took a lot longer than my expectation and that the missing parts were not originally placed to the specs of the instructions. The Gazebo does look good and I want Rey to know that he did a good job. I think in the future it would be good for FixTman to let customers know how long to expect the job to take and not say that a "team" is doing the job if it is primarily done by one person.
