- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fairly and offer a professional service. We offer free estimates over the phone by just going over some basic information on size and frequency of cleans. Before I start any daily or weekly service, I walk through the whole office and make sure I know every detail that needs to be taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk over the phone and go to the job site. Take pictures of what we need to do so we assure that every dirty area is clean and sanitize properly. I don't require any contracts and operate just off the trust of each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree. Years of experience. I grew up in the restaurant industry and managed for over 15 years. One of the biggest areas of my concern was kitchen and dining room being clean, and sanitized at all times. Was very important to have a clean working environment for the customers and employees. I took what I learned from the restaurant industry and put it towards commercial and residential cleaning. I trained myself on what a clean working environment is and how important it is.
