Great yoga session! The instructor is very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me to correct some of my yoga postures which I’ve been doing it off for years. Good stretch and workout to begin my day with the private yoga class, felt great for the whole day and even helped me to sleep better at night. Will be doing this again next week :)

I have been taking private yoga lessons from Sonia for a few months now. Sonia has a very calming and chill style to her yoga instruction. She is an excellent teacher and does a great job of breaking down poses and making adjustments. I have learned a lot from Sonia already in a short time. The sessions are always diverse, interesting and fun! Sonia is always receptive of what I might want in a session dependent on how I am feeling that particular day and what I might want to work on. I highly recommend Sonia as a yoga instructor!!

I have been working with Taylor doing private yoga lessons for about six months now. Taylor is an awesome instructor, is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. She is also very personable and makes her sessions fun. Taylor is great with adjustments, which is really helpful as one is learning new yoga poses. She is always encouraging and positive during the entire session. I appreciate the way that Taylor always fits the lesson to my needs and goals and is very responsive to my questions. I always feel very calm and relaxed after a session. I highly recommend Taylor for both individual and group yoga lessons.
