Techniclean was incredible from start to finish! They where very thorough with everything they did. The cleaners asked me multiple questions and they cared a lot about the items I had. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Techniclean charges per job. You will have a full quote before we start working. We honor this quote for the entire service. We will not go back and charge you extra if there are no extra services performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we typically ask you to fill out an information sheet with your contact information. We then make an appointment to come out and view the job so we can give you an accurate quote. Finally, we submit a proposal/bid for how much the job will cost you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of experience in the janitorial service industry.
