My computer was shutting down after a few minutes. I signed on to thumbtack and he sent me a quote within minutes and then wrote me once he noticed I saw it. Even though he works full time he was able to take care of my computer and even give my computer extras that I didn't request but was definitely grateful for. I recommend him to anyone who needs a computer repaired.

Of four estimates, Derrell's was most logical. He immediately followed up his quote with a concise email and phone call. I liked his Web Site and You Tube video. He inspected laptop (notebook) computer at his business workshop, and a DC output jack was ordered. During the two week repair process, I received timely updated status by email and telephone.
Repair part did not resolve a shorted (no power) motherboard, and I decided to not repair this computer.
He is professional, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
