Thank you Derrell for all your help. I brought him 1 Macbook laptop, 1 iMac desktop, and 1 Acer laptop all with different degrees of issues. Throughout the process of fixing everything he not only kept me updated on the progress, but he educated me about what he was doing and why. This kind of open communication really helps to ease any concerns about taking your computers to someone new. The Acer was a simple fix that he showed me how to do on my own in the future so he didn't even charge me. The Macbook needed a new screen and since he had an extra one in storage he only charged me $10 for the part which could have cost me $150 online. The iMac hard drive crashed, but I needed the data recovered first. Derrell tried to extract the data for 3 days, but unfortunately it was too low on power to copy the drive to a new one. I was pleased though that he gave me recommendations for where to take it because a clean room type of facility could still recover the data and he didn't want to risk opening the drive at his shop. He upgraded the desktop with a better hard drive, larger memory and installed a new OS X operating system. Now all 3 computers work perfectly. I was expecting to spend nearly $1,000 for this project with the repair services the Apple store recommended, but Derrell gave me a flat rate for his labor and the best deal possible on everything, I couldn't ask for a better result for only $180.

Derrell went above and beyond to both fix my problem (a broken macbook internal microphone) and to attempt to fix my keyboard which was an additional item I added for him to tackle. He still only charged me his flat rate of $60. Way too low! I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for all future computer repairs!

Service was great, problems fixed and then some. I loved the fact that not only did he did the problem and explain it to us, he fixed a few other problems on the motherboard that I didn't know about. Loved his "shop". And awesome price, $60 no matter what. Of he had to order parts, the price stayed the same. Awesome. If I have any other problems I guarantee I will be back if any other probs come up.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
