Kyle arrived on time. He analyzed the problem, including reading log files, before deciding on a strategy for fixing it. This stands out, because a couple of bids for the job included preconceptions about the root cause of the problem before they had any access to the computer! He corrected the problem with minimum disruption.

We were contacted immediately after submitting the project request. They were able to get us an appointment the next day and we couldn't be happier! Kyle was awesome and explained everything he was doing or needed to do. Pricing was more than fair and it's safe to assume we have a new IT company to call on with any of our computer issues! I was not able to view any videos on my computer. Adam was friendly and did a very through job. He even checked my WiFi set up without extra charge. Adam also patiently answered all of my computer questions. I was suprised that he was able to come the same day and within a half hour after I called. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quailty computer repair service.

My mac went into an endless loop while i was at a seminar downtown that I could not leave. Zack CAME to me and took it away, had it fixed in a couple of hours. Amazing service at a reasonable price! Almost glad this happened because now I know who to call when I have a problem with any of our computers.
