James has built our last three Computer for the family. He has also help with various issues such as printers, network, and virus. James also made a most memorable/loving video of my daughter’s life that die from a rare illness.

I have flat rate but I let clients know before i start work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them then go check out computer give them an estimate of the cost and they decide if they want to fix it... I show them as I go what is wrong and even show them what we do......
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at CompUSA to learn the program side of things ...after that I met my mentor who taught me everything I know....I learned so well he now comes to me with issues,,,
