Introduction: I am an American Culinary Federation certified executive chef and culinary educator with over 15 years of experience in hospitality. I have traveled around the world and brought back a unique perspective on cuisine. Authentic flavors and contemporary techniques and presentations are my specialty.
I believe that good food takes time, sparks good conversation, and (most importantly) deserves to be shared. I go out of my way to find the very best ingredients. I take care to prepare them in the best way I know how. Craftsmanship and quality are two things that I will never compromise on.
I love being able to share my craft with others either through a great dish, an artistic showpiece, or a well-crafted cooking lesson. I am truly passionate about food and cooking!

I can honestly say that Chef Shawn is one of the most talented chefs I have ever met. He is punctual, an exceptional Chef, organized, presentable and thoughtful. If you need someone to cater, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or desserts; he is your man.

Chef Shawn, made the best birthday cake for my daughter's first birthday the cake was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Everyone at the party talked about that cake for months! He also made us the best green eggs and ham in another birthday as well very delicious lasagna rolls. Chef Shawn is a very generous person with a big heart.

Chef Shawn catered our wedding and did an amazing job! The quality was amazing, he was extremely easy to work with and accommodated all our wants and needs with grace and ease. I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a top of the line caterer!
