- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates for dog walking and pet sitting are: -$16 per 15 minute visit -$22 per 30 min visit -$28 per 45 min visit -$34 per 60 min visit *$5 per additional dog -$70/night for in-home boarding, $20 per additional dog. -Starting at $88/night for overnight sitting
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. After discussing details for services we set up a meet and greet with our local dog walker and the owner Adam. 2. After the meet and greet, Adam will set up a group text for scheduling as well as send out service agreement and we will be ready to start. 3. We send weekly invoices for weekly dog walking clients, our after services are complete for sitting and boarding clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have owned a pet sitting company (Barking Trails) since 2015 and have cared for countless dogs and cats. During this time we have gained tons of experience and continued to develop the best systems possible for the care and comfort of our clients and their pets.
