Javier came promptly on a Sunday to help with an issue we were having with the garage drain. He was able to get it a little clear and ascertained that there were tree roots blocking the drain. Although I chose not to fix it on the spot, I really appreciated his evaluation and ability to do what he could so that we could temporarily use water again.
