Javier was fantastic. Fixed a major plumbing issue within two days. Minor fix one day later and came back to solve the problem free of charge. No problems since. Highly recommended

Responded quickly to my request for a diagnosis and quote, and gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and the solution required. Performed the repair work quickly, provided me with photos of the problem before and after, and did it all at a fair price relative to other plumbers. I would use Get Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

Details: A few hours to a day • Leaking or burst pipes or appliances • Other location • Need professional's assessment • House

This team of plumbing professionals left me the happiest I have been with any contractor in years. They are licensed and honest. They are professional, on time, and detail-oriented. They did things right the first time AND double-checked their work before they left each day. They are a modern and well-equipped crew.

I met most of the team during a 2-day project. Javier is the owner and we spoke on the phone a few times to complete payment and scheduling. Kevin came out for an on-site estimate, detailed and itemized. Andrew and Manny were out a few days later to replace 12 angle stops/shut-offs and their water lines, 5 sets of faucets, and all new plumbing & garbage disposal under the kitchen sink.

They kept work areas clean throughout the day AND cleaned up after. They used drop cloths. They caulked everything. Pride in their work was evident every step of the way. THEY DON'T TAKE SHORTCUTS OR EASY FIXES!

All of this sounds...easy, but it's not. If it was, then every plumber would be amazing. No need to look for another plumber, ever, call these guys.

Details: Yes, I need to replace a sink • Dropin sink • Single bowl • 1 sink • 1 faucet • House

Javier came promptly on a Sunday to help with an issue we were having with the garage drain. He was able to get it a little clear and ascertained that there were tree roots blocking the drain. Although I chose not to fix it on the spot, I really appreciated his evaluation and ability to do what he could so that we could temporarily use water again.

Details: Yes, repair is urgent • Part of a larger issue with the plumbing system • Clogging • House
