He wanted to make sure the job was done right, and was very knowledgeable. He made some suggestions without trying to upsell. He listened to our concerns and explained what his process every step of the way, and encouraged us to look on and see what was happening. He is very trustworthy and we already have plans to have him back for other jobs. He gave us several alternatives to working out a way to get the job done that would not break the bank.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for service work plus materials. $250 for a two hour minimum $120 every extra hour $70 for 2nd electrician on site Plus materials
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers that are local I set up a one time free site visit to go check out the issue and the scope of work. After site visit I’m able to give suggestions or estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Foreman Electrician- Remodels, new construction, & Remodels Tesla Certified, battery install, solar install, EV install Ford lightning certified, Ev install Enphase Certified for solar Solar Edge certified for solar OSHA 30 Certification Emergency Respond Certified
