So far so good, this company literally contacted me within moments of my completing the form. I met up with 2 representatives, one for electrical and one for hvac. I was highly impressed with both of the men, who were friendly, helpful, obviously knew what they were speaking about, and answered all of my questions. This customer service right up front was the thing that helped me decide to do business with this company. So I hired for both electrical and hvac.
Excellent work. Raul and David were professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality service. In addition, I would also like to recognize the leadership of your managers for maintaining such strong standards and well-coordinated team Well Done ..good job.
Thanks

Matthew arrived in a timely manner and had our problem solved very quickly. He then checked over our system and offered a three-tiered solution for upgrading our hodge-podge of old and new panels and wiring. He was responsive to my questions and called in a few days to see if there were any follow-up questions. Very good experience.

I haven’t hired them yet but have been blown away by how thorough their free inspections are. Incredibly informative. If their craftsmanship is anything like the inspections they are SUPERB

They were nice and communicative. The guys, Angel and Pedro, were so nice and helpful. They answered any of my questions and were great and thoughtful of my dogs.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate, by the job pricing. This means that you will know the total price before you ever approve any work. It is a common practice to win jobs by quoting low prices but then when problems arise or the job takes longer than expected, the costs will climb. We know what is involved in completing jobs and the problems that are commonly encountered. With upfront pricing there are no surprises as you know the price in advance. If the job takes longer than expected, then there is no additional cost to the customer. If everything runs smoothly then we are out of your way sooner. Either way, the price we quote is the final price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very difficult to estimate electrical or plumbing work without seeing the project. We usually send one of our licensed electricians or plumbers out to the home to assess what is needed. Once they've seen it, then they can give the customer an exact price for any upgrades, repairs or troubleshooting services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are background checked, drug tested highly trained and experiences. Most of them participate in continuing education and trade related courses.
Point Loma Electric and Plumbing holds licenses as a C10 electrical contractor, a B general contracting license, C36 plumbing license and C20 HVAC license. At this time we provide electrical and plumbing services.
