FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, include it. It filters out the super tiny tire-kicker jobs before you pay for or spend time on them. Use this: Sweeney Electric has a $150 minimum service call. Pricing depends on the scope of work, accessibility, materials needed, and any existing electrical issues found on site. We provide upfront pricing before work begins and will always communicate if additional work or changes are needed before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Use this: Our process starts with learning more about the electrical project and reviewing any photos or details the customer can provide. From there, we give upfront pricing or schedule an on-site estimate if needed. Once approved, we schedule the work, arrive on time, complete the job cleanly and safely, and test everything before we leave. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Use this updated version: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade, along with 5 years of trade school training. I also completed contractor law and business school as part of becoming a licensed California C-10 electrical contractor. My background includes residential, commercial, remodel, troubleshooting, panel, lighting, and EV charger work throughout San Diego.
