My exterior entry light stopped working, and it turned out to be more than just a burned-out bulb. Due to the age of my building, I felt this required a professional check-up. Taylor was able to schedule time next day and quickly diagnosed the issue, took the extra step of checking that the nearby electrical was also working and safe, and found a nearly identical replacement fixture to install. The whole process was fast and easy, and he explained each step so there was no guess work on cost and time to fix the problem. While he was here, he also identified another electrical problem in another area and made a suggestion with no pressure or upselling.
