- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a system of standardized pricing based on material cost, labor time, and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•We will send someone out to do an estimate, and once a pricepoint has been agreed upon we can schedule a time thats convenient for you. •Some jobs if simple enough can be estimated over the phone through one of our technicians. •Work is typically available same day as estimate depending on our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Trade School and have my ET card, I also work as a full time Electrician currently.
