Absolute perfection! Varney is the gold standard for what a great electrician should be. He recently helped us out with wiring, recessed lighting, ceiling fan installations, and swapping out outlets in our condo.
What stood out most was how wonderful he is to work with; he communicated every step of the way and genuinely cared about making sure everything met our expectations. He is a true hard worker who takes immense pride in his craft, ensuring every detail is done safely and correctly.

I cannot recommend this electrician highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.
He was always on time, professional, polite, and communicative. What was originally quoted as a two-day job turned into a much more complex four-day project once the work began and it became clear that the project was far more involved than expected. Despite that, he never cut corners, remained positive throughout, and stayed focused on doing the job correctly.
What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. Even though the job ultimately took twice as long as originally estimated, he honored his original quote and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard.
The scope of work was extensive. He installed new lighting in the living room and master bedroom, replaced all of the existing can lights throughout the house so they matched the new recessed lighting, replaced a broken ceiling fan, installed fan/light combinations in multiple bedrooms, and installed a large 6-foot ceiling fan on an 18-foot ceiling. All of these locations had no existing wiring, so he ran all of the new electrical himself and installed fixtures where no fixtures had previously existed.
He also took incredible care of my home. Any holes that needed to be cut into walls or ceilings to run wiring were patched, filled with drywall, and left ready for finishing. It is rare to find a contractor who pays that much attention to both the quality of the work and the condition of the home afterward.
As an added bonus, he was wonderful about working around my dogs and was always respectful of my home and my schedule.
Finding a contractor who is skilled, honest, reliable, and takes genuine pride in his work is not easy. This electrician exceeded every expectation I had. I will absolutely be hiring him again for additional electrical projects, including replacing outlets and updating more fixtures throughout the house.
