- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For clients who have read though my pricing information and are interested in pursuing private , 1:1 training, the first step is to meet for a free Planning Session so we can discuss the details of their private training program and establish their goals for the training. Then clients can either begin with the Comprehensive Speech and Accent Evaluation (if desired) or they can begin with training right away. Most clients like to meet 1x/week for 60-minute sessions, but the frequency and length of the sessions can be tailored to the client's schedule and budget.
