- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5% discount for Weddings/Events that are booked for Mondays-Thursdays. Travel Fee is calculated and added if outside of San Diego County. Extension will be additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a phone call with them to get familiarized and to make sure the event is a success. We discuss the type of event, date/time, location, pricing, processing etc. Photos will be available within 5-7 days unless specified. Expedited delivery optional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken film/camera courses and seminars throughout the years and I'm continuously updating my knowledge through books, internet, other photographers, and experience.
