What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is fair and reasonable for the market we are in! We are probably not the cheapest but we do quality work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication! For us that is number one. We like to have everything in writing. We provide a contract and require 10% for booking.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask about the work and how it will be done. Communication is great and you will not have any issues with a pro.
