- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every job based on size, scope, materials, and preparation needs. I’m always upfront with costs — no hidden fees, surprise add-ons, or pressure tactics. Every estimate includes labor, prep work, and materials unless the customer prefers to supply their own. I also offer package pricing for multi-room or full exterior projects, and I’m happy to work within your budget when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call or message to understand your project and timeline. Then I schedule a free on-site estimate so I can take measurements, check the surfaces, and talk through color options. After that, I send a go over a detailed written quote and project outline. Once approved, I show up on time, protect your home, complete high-quality prep, and keep you updated every step of the way. The job isn’t done until you’re 100% happy with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m licensed, insured, and trained in proper surface preparation, spray/brush/roller application, and modern paint systems. I’ve also completed hands-on training in safety, ladder/scaffolding use, and product best practices. I continually study paint technologies and techniques to make sure every project is durable, clean, and professionally finished.
