- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we apply as many discounts as possible because we want to build a working relationship for the future with all of our customers. discounts include-military, senior citizen, student, return customers just to name a few!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 99% of the time we will come to do a free inspection of the project, to know exactly what is needed. 2. create a list of materials and labor. 3. enter a bid, and complete the work. We want the owner to be apart of every step so ensure we have a perfect outcome.

have been licensed by the state in the industry for 12 years.
