- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, We do not have a standard pricing system every customer want's something a little different from the other so depending on the types of flowers, how many, and how extravagant the arrangement determines the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients it is very important to find out exactly what they envision for their event. We take extra initiative to ask the right questions that way we can create extraordinary custom arrangements for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Designers have over a decade of floral experience. We take pride in what we do and we believe excellent customer service is key to having a successful business.
