Christine was great from the start and frequently checked in even after the other vendors stop following up with us. She took many pictures to give us ideas and give us the prices so we can know what we can expect. When it got closer to the wedding, she gave us tips on how to make the flowers last during the wedding and ways to preserve the flowers to make them last months after. As we live far away, most of the interactions we had was through the phone and email. Christine and the owner of the shop were both courteous during both methods of communications.May 9, 2016Verified
Working with Christine at Precious Petals was an absolute pleasure - particularly when planning my wedding from 3,000 miles away, which is stressful enough. I have yet to meet her in person, but we have exchanged many emails and phone calls. I sent her photos for inspiration and let her know my budget, where it was important to spend the money and where it was not. I wanted flowers that were in season and that are representative of southern California, my home. She took my inspirational photos and made wonderful suggestions. Precious Petals nailed it. When the flowers were delivered, the bouquets and boutonnieres were stunning. Guests were very generous with their compliments. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No, We do not have a standard pricing system every customer want's something a little different from the other so depending on the types of flowers, how many, and how extravagant the arrangement determines the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with new clients it is very important to find out exactly what they envision for their event. We take extra initiative to ask the right questions that way we can create extraordinary custom arrangements for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our Designers have over a decade of floral experience. We take pride in what we do and we believe excellent customer service is key to having a successful business.
