I worked with Mary & her team for the decor for my Safari themed babyshower. My husband & I we’re traveling from out of town so all of our correspondence was done via thumbtack & text. Regardless, they were extremely easy to work with, responsive, & made everything work within my budget. I had questions on how certain things would look & they made sure to keep me in the loop & updated on the process. Day of the event, they showed up early & set up everything. We asked her to create decorations for our company's Christmas Party (400 people), and her creations were perfect—balloon columns, Christmas tree & helium balloons, and even Christmas tree props and ornaments for our tables! Rigo and Barbara helped us with the decorations for our welcome dinner and wedding day. They provided us with a beautiful arch, faux floral arrangements, pedestals and linen rental. I live in Boston and was planning my wedding in San Diego remotely for the most part. Rigo and Barbara's responsiveness and professionalism were very reassuring. They took our feedback very seriously and made sure that our visions were brought to life. On the day of the events, Rigo and Baraba both showed up on time, made sure everything was set up according to plan and were prompt with the clean up and breakdown. I'm so glad a stumbled across them on Thumbtack and got a chance to work with them. Couldn't recommend them enough for your next event.

Reva and her assistant Kaiah were AMAZING. I needed a day-of coordinator for my wedding and was very intimidated by the process of planning the wedding. Reva went above and beyond coordinating the ceremony and reception. She was able to set up all of our decor and was diligent in contacting the other vendors and making sure that they were kept in the loop. She was always available to me when I needed help reaching out to other vendors or when I had questions. Reva event was a life-saver for me in planning the wedding and making sure that it ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Reva and Kaiah did everything that they could to reduce our stress and keep us on schedule. They were both very kind and professional. We could not have had our wedding without them! I cannot express enough how much I recommend Reva and her team to help coordinate your next event!

Stay away! I would give zero stars if I could. She is so unprofessional and makes you think she's doing you a favor when in reality youre lying for those services. She told me several times that she was so busy with planning her daughter's first borthday and other events that she didn't have time to talk about my event. And she blatantly told me that her daughter's first birthday takes priority over my event!! I would post the text if I could! There were several things that were contracted and supposed to be done by her for my sons' birthday party and never were completed like cupcake toppers, PhotoBooth props, pom pom decorations that were suppose to be hung from the sides of the canopy. She reimbursed me for the materials but in her emails she kept saying that the price I was paying for her services was for the time it was going to take to make those items and set them up. She never did them and I never got reimbursed for it. Also, in our contract she had agreed to pick up and drop off the linens from the vendor. She picked up the linens but didn't check to see if she picked everything up and of course I was missing runners on all my tables. When I asked her about t she blamed the vendor! But it's her job as the coordinator to know my order and to double check everything to make sure it's right! She also tried telling me that she was saving me money and doing me a favor to pick up the linens but she charged me $25 to do that so it's not really a favor if I'm paying for it. She may have saved me some money but I definitely would've rather paid extra and save the headache and frustration and have everything done right! Monica said the vendor would've charged me $200 for pick up and drop off of the linens. I talked to the vendor directly and she said all our prices are online and for my party it wouldn't have been that mich at all! When I talked to the vendor directly, she was surprised that Monica didn't check the order and that the vendor works with several other planners and they all know their orders and double check everything. I agreed to hve her assistant help with set up bc Monica said she had another event that day and couldn't be there. Monica reassured me that the assistant would set up everything exactly how we had discussed it. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the event very little was set up and the assistant had no clue what was suppose to be done. I ended up having to take charge and do the set up myself with the help of my family. So, beware of this planner! Only use her if you want to be disappointed and have a disaster of a party. You'll end up not having everything you agreed upon and having to set up yoursef.

Diana was the answer to our hopes and dreams! We celebrated our 31st year anniversary (20th legal marriage) so this was a special evening, the "big reception" we didn't do back in the day. We had an initial meeting and gave Diana as much of our vision as we could. She pulled out some key points and came up with a theme and it was everything we articulated and then some. She offered some awesome suggestions and ideas that we felt super confident in what she could come up with. As the process went on, we had a few updates/changes and she rolled right with it. Her communications were always super quick and efficient - she made this easy. We incorporated our own gifts to give out and she helped make that look awesome. On the day of the event, she and her team were executing something far beyond our expectations. The floral arrangements were SUBLIME. All of our guests commented on how amazing they looked. With a tropical theme (Hawaiian restaurant!) she incorporated pineapples, coconuts, citrus, and lychees into the centerpieces that folks took home. What a super cool idea! Days later, we still have a centerpiece on our dining room table and it makes us smile. We asked for an "elevated" feeling, something folks would talk about for days... and from the social media posts I've seen, we achieved it. It was beyond a pleasure to work with her- and we recommended her to several of our guests who asked about the decorations. I had proposals that were lower and higher - but we felt so good about what she was able to create, and now how well it was executed - that I would not hesitate to recommend her!
