Five stars! Could not be more pleased about Chef Stevan's cooking lesson given to 16 culinary students at my workplace. He came prepared with recipes for them to take home, many interesting and ususual samples to try, and showed the students how to pickle fresh garlic. YUM! The students were engaged the entire time and are still commenting about how fascinating the ingredients and recipes he presented were. Great experience for a last minute work event. Stevan responded quickly with some fabulous menu suggestions and was professional in his execution. The team loved the creative BBQ menu-holy smoked everything! Did you know fish cheek "carnitas" is a thing?
