FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing — no surprises or hidden fees. Each project is unique, so our estimates are based on actual scope and materials. We’re always happy to discuss options that fit your budget, and we offer discounts for returning clients and multi-day projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick call to understand the situation and schedule an inspection. During the visit, we assess the damage, take moisture readings, and identify the source of the problem. If water damage or mold is present, we explain the remediation plan and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we set up containment if needed, remove affected materials, perform antimicrobial treatment, and dry the structure using professional equipment. After everything is properly dried and cleaned, we complete repairs if needed and do a final walkthrough with the customer.
