We noticed our Rainbird wasn't communicating with one of our front yard valves (we didn't realize it until half our lawn went brown) Erick diagnosed a connection broken in our wiring weeks before from a garden renovation . Pro was punctual and got on with the job after I provided a brief description of the problem. He discovered that rats had gnawed through electrical wires at two sprinkler valves. He replaced the wires and we tested with the timer and it could now control the stations again, to my complete satisfaction. I'll no doubt hire the same pro again in the future as the need arises.
