Jo and Jason did an excellent work fixing my deck replacing all the rotten boards by beautiful redwood boards and paintings all my deck. They are very easy to work with and understood right away my expectations.. they did not try to short change me and even though their final price were comparable to other estimates that I got they were the perfect reliable team for the work. Pricing depends on the scope, materials and existing conditions. I provide a written estimate explaining what is included, and any changes are discussed and approved before additional work is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and looking at the space in person. Then I provide a written estimate with the scope and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the work and I stay involved from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned through years of hands-on construction experience and have been a licensed general contractor since 2012. I also stay current with building codes, materials and installation methods.
