- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive within the industry. We will always offer our customers the lowest possible price. We do not believe in over-selling folks in order to provide things that they don't need at the time. In addition, one of our goals is to provide the most value, or 'bang for your buck', for all the projects that we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As with all of our customers, when working with a new customer we communicate thoroughly and transparently with the goal of setting expectations, keeping the customer informed and avoiding misunderstandings. We let them know that in addition to providing a top-quality remodel, one of our main goals is to minimize our customer's inconvenience throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of San Diego State University in business administration. I also have a general contractor's license in the State of California and successfully completed a course in real estate from Anthony Schools.
