Design Credit: If you move forward with construction after the design phase, your design fees are credited toward the total project cost. Payment Schedule: Payments are broken into manageable phases tied to project milestones, so you pay as the work progresses. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Pro Builders & Design, our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Here's what you can typically expect when working with us: Initial Consultation: We start with a free phone call or in-person visit to understand your vision, goals, and budget. This helps us determine if we're the right fit for your project. Site Visit & Evaluation: We schedule a site visit to assess the property, take measurements, and evaluate any conditions that might impact the design or construction. Design & Planning Phase: If plans are needed, we connect you with our in-house designer or architect. We work closely with you to develop a layout and design that meets your needs and complies with city regulations. Detailed Estimate & Scope of Work: Once the design is clear, we provide a detailed scope of work, timeline, and pricing breakdown so you can make an informed decision. Permitting & Approvals: We handle the permitting process, working with city officials, engineers, and inspectors to get the green light for construction. Construction Phase: We begin building, with regular updates, inspections, and walk-throughs. You'll have full visibility into progress and schedules. Final Walkthrough & Completion: Once the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations. We don't consider the job done until you're fully satisfied.
