FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a licensed general B construction company, there are a few important points about our pricing that we want our customers to understand: Fair Pricing: We believe in offering fair and competitive pricing for our services. Our pricing reflects the quality of workmanship, materials, and expertise that we provide. Transparent Pricing: We provide transparent pricing with clear estimate of costs upfront. This helps our customers understand exactly what they're paying for and ensures there are no surprises along the way. Discounts: We may offer discounts for various reasons, such as repeat business or referrals. We value our customers' loyalty and appreciate their recommendations to others. No Hidden Fees: We don't believe in hidden fees or unexpected charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers begins with a free on-site consultation to discuss project goals and assess the scope of work. Following this, we assign a dedicated project manager who oversees every aspect of the project, ensuring smooth communication and making their experience hassle-free. We then provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing, handle all necessary permits and approvals, execute the project efficiently, and maintain quality assurance throughout. Upon completion, we conduct a final inspection, deliver all documentation, and remain available for ongoing support.

Technical Skills Development: Ongoing training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other specialized areas to enhance proficiency and quality of work. Code Compliance: Education on local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements to ensure compliance throughout projects. New Technology Adoption: Training on the latest tools, equipment, and construction techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness on the job. Customer Service Skills: Training in communication, problem-solving, and client interaction to foster positive relationships and address client needs effectively.
