Bernardo was excellent because he not only did quality work (showing before and after pics of gutters and testing whether downspouts had blockages), but he stated the steps in the process as to what he would do. He did a great job cleaning my gutters (long overdue) and was both pleasant and professional. I would definitely use his services again.
