We asked 4 roofing contractors for estimates to repair a leak above our front porch. Two of those didn’t even go on the roof before giving us an estimate. Vetworx(Zach)was the only contractor who actually found the leak and additional damage caused by the leak. Zach is a young man running a business founded by his late father(a Marine veteran). Don’t let his age fool you. His father taught him well. He is articulate, polite, professional, competent and thorough. He provides a complete estimate with scope of work to be completed with numerous photos supporting what he has found. His final invoice is equally detailed showing his repair work and results. He is reasonably priced focusing on fixing the problem at hand. What surprised me most was his mother (Dona) who also worked on the project. Don’t be fooled by her either. She is an absolute force of nature. I am a Marine veteran. Zach represent his mother and father well. I can’t say enough good things about Zach, Dona and Vetworx. Don’t tackle your problem without consulting them first.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to interested parties immediately by Thumbtack message, text and/or phone call - normally within 30 minutes! Should we be selected to perform the work, we schedule at their earliest convenience. We then text an appointment reminder the day prior. Project fulfillment is managed by the owner to ensure top notch quality and communication that exceeds our client’s expectations. We are in the process of obtaining a contractors license and are limited by statute to a threshold for labor a materials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years of experience in the field of consulting, project management, technical writing and project fulfillment. USMC Veteran BA UC Irvine AA Orange Coast College Registered Roof Consultant Certified Construction Document Technician
