I had a great experience with this roofing company. I really appreciate their prompt response and communication, plus they made me feel completely comfortable which is something I rarely feel with contractors. During my free consultation for the roofrepair, they inspected my entire roof at no charge and were honest about what actually needed attention. Their transparency and respect for customers really set them apart. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Absolutely do not hesitate to hire VetWorx aka Zach and Dona, for any and all of your roofrepair and maintenance needs! Very friendly, informative, and down to earth folks and they don't pressure, upsell or fear monger you into getting more than what you need done that some other companies do these days.
Me, my aunt and uncle were in the need of some roofrepair after a freak "tornado" (very strong and focused wind storm) loosened some of our roof tiles. After selecting VetWorx as one of our three initial pros we couldn't be happier with the end result!
Our relationship got off to a great start with a quick reply (within a few minutes of my initial post). Quickly got an date and time scheduled that worked for us. They showed up within the time frame promised and got to work right away while still taking the time to say hello and review the work ahead.
Zach and Dona are super kind, helpful, and haven't forgotten what it is like to be human. Very friendly and patient and took their time to explain what they observed after both of them got on the roof to take a look. I think it is just so refreshing that a mother and son team work together in this day and age. Was impressed and mind blown to see the mom get on the roof, despite reading other reviews stating as such. Pricing was very fair and reasonable and didn't feel inflated like your big name companies will do.
They went above and beyond what they had said they were going to do. Ended up replacing six instead of just the five tiles originally quoted and secured the loosened roof tiles with screws versus nails to prevent future freak "tornados" from getting the chance to do this again, which is very reassuring and comforting as home owners. Sprayed the pipes to make them look brand new which was done without incurring any additional cost and again wasn't originally promised in the proposal but a nice bonus.
Had the repairs done in under two hours and once completed they went over the before and after pictures with me and my aunt. Something of note here that I personally appreciate is they made sure both me and my aunt could see the phone and see the pictures versus just one of us. It is the small details like this that I greatly appreciate because I feel included and not tossed to the side.
Overall, an absolutely wonderful, professional, and friendly company to have had the chance to work with. When they came on the day of the repair they still remembered the name of our cat, Mr. Claws which brought a smile to our faces that they remembered his name. Unfortunately, they didn't book any acupuncture with Mr. Claws, but perhaps next time ;) lol
I would absolutely recommend and highly encourage you to reach out to VetWorx for any and all roofrepair and maintenance needs. They did a stellar job and I feel confident that their work will hold up against any strong windstorms that may come our way. Will not hesitate to reach out again for any leaks that pop up or future roofing projects that need to be done and will be the first ones we call. Absolutely elated over the work Dona and Zach did for us. They were quick to respond, quick to service, and incredibly reasonable. Finding a reliable contractor can be such a headache, so working with Zach and the team at VetWorx was a breath of fresh air. While other companies took an entire day just to return my call, Zach had already gotten back to me, communicated clearly, and set up an appointment. When he came out for the inspection, he took the time to really listen to what I needed. He did a super thorough job up on the roof and came back down with pictures, walking me through exactly what needed to be fixed, how he'd do it, and why. On top of the fantastic communication, his pricing was more than fair for the amount of detail and care he put into the proposal.
The actual work was just as impressive as the initial quote. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and handled our tile maintenance and roofrepair flawlessly. They even managed to match my roof tiles perfectly, and when they finished, they cleaned up so well you’d never even know they were there. As a local, family-owned business, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to interested parties immediately by Thumbtack message, text and/or phone call - normally within 30 minutes!
Should we be selected to perform the work, we schedule at their earliest convenience. We then text an appointment reminder the day prior.
Project fulfillment is managed by the owner to ensure top notch quality and communication that exceeds our client’s expectations.
We are in the process of obtaining a contractors license and are limited by statute to a threshold for labor a materials.
