Arsh was the handyman that came and installed a new shower arm, shower head, and drain to the master and guest bathroom of my rental property. He did a great job and was fast and thorough. He made sure that everything worked properly by showing me before he left. I will definitely use fix pro again soon!

I would not recommend as they did not complete the work after asking for a deposit, asked for more money after part of the work was completed, damaged multiple items, and when I requested the return of my deposit, they were incredibly rude and called me a scammer.
I had reached out to a few companies about installing a dishwasher at my house and then moving my old appliances to a rental and installing them there. I had another company who gave me a good price but Fix Pro said they can match it and had warranty.
When the technicians arrived, they had trouble installing the dishwasher and had to watch multiple YouTube videos on how to do it. They made mistakes multiple times and installed then uninstalled 3 or 4 times. They said the electrical was connected improperly so they tried to fix it but when they couldn’t, they just left it the way it was. Because they made so many mistakes it took much longer than expected. Because of this, they asked for more money even though the scope of work remained the same. They also drilled into our countertop, ripped up our kitchen mat, and scratched our LVP. They asked for a deposit for the rest of the work as they had to now come back on a different day to finish. I paid the deposit expecting them to return.
We set up a date to finish the install but they forgot to rent a truck to transport the appliances. I had taken a day of PTO to oversee things and that went to waste because they informed me 30 min before they were supposed to arrive. I let them know that the dishwasher was not installed correctly and was wobbling. I also suggested using an outlet box so we could create more room to push the dishwasher back as it was sticking out and looked ugly. I was planning on doing the outlet box as it’s an easy project but they said they would do it. They kept making mistakes again and had to redo it multiple times. They even broke one of the pieces. I had to turn the power off and on every time and that caused an expensive aquarium part ($1600) to break. They did end up finishing the installation and said they would return to finish the job.
We could not align on a date because I work and the only day they were available was Mother’s Day. It had been 3 weeks since we were supposed to have this finished and my tenants were frustrated because there was so much back and forth. Because of this, I had requested the return of the deposit as the first contractor said he could come immediately. The person I spoke with called me a scammer (even though I had paid more than what we originally spoke about) and was very rude throughout the conversation. They said they would call me but never did and ended up blocking me instead.
The new contractor was able to transport a stove, microwave, and dishwasher AND install everything in about half the time that it took them to install one dishwasher. He also noted that they cut the hose instead of disconnecting it so he had to figure out how to repair it (it was not a part he could get at Home Depot).
All in all, I was very disappointed by the work that was done, the misrepresentation of the price, and the rudeness when simply asking for the return of deposit for work not completed. I ended up spending twice as much as I was originally quoted and will have to purchase a new $1600 piece of equipment. I wish I had taken photos but I had trusted this company to complete the work and didn’t think I needed to. I will not be making that mistake again.
