- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do work by hour or by quoting the whole job . Most of the work has to be estimated on the job site to give a proper bid . To many variables on the job site that they can not list in there format here. I be happy to come by and give estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what they want done first. Listen to there needs . I try to make it fun for them if I can. Together we are getting stuff done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing it since 1979 . Work with project managers,designers ,contractors, property managers,real estate and insurance companies,and many superintendents and over a 1000 of home owners.
