I needed my strike plate fixed due to the wood being stripped and no longer able to hold screws in place. After chatting with other Door Repair Specialists, Nick from ProFix was the first to be able to visit and make the repair. And when you contrast the before and after images you can see the high quality work that was performed at an EXCEPTIONALLY FAIR price! If I ever need additional door repair, Nick will be my first call as I could not be more pleased with the results!

I needed a mailbox post installed and a door trimmed. Nick arrived when he said he would and completed the work quickly and exactly as requested. Also, communicated what final price would be up front. I had to reschedule because the mailbox post delivery was delayed and Nick had no issue with rescheduling for a later date. Nick was excellent. I had a smoke detector issue; it kept flashing and chirping after I changed battery. Nick was quick to respond, we exchanged messages on Thumbtack about the problem, set an appointment. Nick kept me informed about his arrival time. He was knowledgeable and all business. Upon arrival, he did a quick diagnosis, tried to reset the smoke detector a few different times, and eventually determined it was a faulty detector. He came prepared with a couple of high quality new detectors, quickly installed the new unit and the problem was solved. The price was reasonable with his minimal labor cost plus the new detector. I will definitely use his service to future home repairs and improvement projects, and I highly recommend his service.
