- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $75 diagnostic fee to properly identify the issue. After that, I provide clear repair options and pricing before any work begins. No hidden fees, and I offer discounts for returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning a bit about the issue and then schedule a time that works for you. The first step is always a diagnostic visit, where I take the time to properly identify the problem. After that, I explain what’s going on and walk you through the repair options and pricing before doing any work. Whenever possible, I complete the repair during the same visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a higher education in radio engineering, extensive hands-on experience in appliance repair, and EPA certification for HVAC work. I am also registered to work with appliances.
