Handyman
Tom is the best handyman we have ever had. We have had a lot too. Tom arrived on time and very friendly. He put together two home gym sets and also put together nursery furniture for me. He made sure all furniture was bolted to the wall, ensuring my babies safety which is the most important thing. To be honest with all that’s going on I forgot the furniture needed to be bolted to the wall, but Tom reminded me and successful made our nursery safe and look beautiful. I had several projects and he completed all of them and with a smile. I can’t say enough amazing things about Tom.

Handyman
I was extremely happy with the work Tom did for me at our house. He was efficient, professional, and the work quality was right on. I had a list of tasks, including hanging drapes and removing corroded toilet seats, and he worked right through it without skipping a beat. Tom was also very personable and easy to have in the house. He brought all of his own equipment. I will definitely call him again next time I need a handyman.

Handyman
I can't say enough nice things about Tom. My project involved replacing 3 fluorescent fixtures.i called Tom.he responded right away. We agreed on a time and price. He arrived when scheduled, Did the installation in record time. Here's where Tom showed his true character. We did a final check, and for no apparent reason one of the fixtures, now, Did not work. Tom checked it out and apparently an electrical problem occurred in the ballast of one fixture. Tom removed the fixture, told me how to return the faulty fixture to Amazon , said he would go by Ace Hardware the next day ,pick up another fixture and come by and install it at no additional charge except the cost of the fixture. True to his word he came by the next day and did what he said he would. So refreshing to find someone like Tom. He is now my number one handyman and I highly recommend him to everyone who needs a highly qualified handyman. Thanks again Tom.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually charge a $55 hourly fee with a 2hr minimum. The minimum helps offset transportation and other expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I answer a request and invite the customer to contact me to iron out any questions. Then we decide on a convenient time for both of us and I always confirm our appointment the day before. I also call the client when I'm heading their way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? When you have a career that spans from apprentice to foreman to project manager it teaches a person so much. Also, being a homeowner and family man taught me about the things it takes to repair and maintain a home and these are the majority of my requests.
