AMAZING! This was my first project as a homeowner, and I worked with Charlie on replacing the carpet and tile in my apartment with LVP. He helped me understand what to expect from the initial consultation all the way through the installation. The pricing is transparent, and he was always up front about any issues. We had to pour way more concrete than initially expected for leveling and he provided me with all the information I needed to make the most informed decision. I also truly appreciated working with someone who understood some of my needs as a service member with my schedule and availability. The floors look GREAT, they got the Dad seal of approval, and I will absolutely reach out in when Im ready to replace my baseboards!

As a Navy veteran, I understand how chaotic it is to move to a new location, packing and unpacking household goods, work at a new job with a new team and new responsibilities... I am glad that my team and I have at least gotten your condo's interior looking the way you like. At time, it seems like a lot of work to demolish ceramic tile floor, pouring concrete (lots of concrete) to level subfloor and install 550 sf of LVP, but it is still so little compared to your hard work and dedication standing the watches in the US Navy ships' engine rooms at sea while most of us are deep in our sleep. First I would like to commend Cheryl Moore, the marketing personnel for Floor Covering International. She is very friendly with a big smile and very pleasant. She went above and beyond in providing me with two large vinyl sample and needed to come back twice after our initial appointment. She even thought about giving me their newest vinyl for another trip.My husband and I are so pleased with the new flooring we have. The workers are really friendly and accommodating. The owner Charlie even came to house at night to reinstall our adjustable bed electric cords since we didnt know how. He is very accommodating and listens to our concerns. WE LOVE OUR FLOOR.

3. After you accept our proposal, we will set up and complete your installation and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in Engineering and construction. I had 20 years of experience an a naval engineer in US Navy, including various assignment overseeing construction of housing and various facilities on US military bases.
