- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things is to be honest from the start, understand what the customer wants and do the best to give the customer what they want. Remember it's there house and the need to be very happy with my services for they are going to live with my final product.

I have had a lot of hands on training from some very good installers over the years.
