Samir saved us from ourselves. After a DIY job gone wrong, we hired Samir to come in and fix our mistakes. He went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done correctly and efficiently. He came to the house to give me a quote the same day I called, then started work the next day, a responsiveness I didn’t find in any other contractors that I got quotes from. The floors look beautiful now. When the job was done, he even offered to remove excess flooring materials and carpeting that we had already ripped up and was sitting in our garage already, as well as gave me advice on repairing the existing laminate floors in our house (his advice was to wait on any repairs, he didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services). Samir has an incredible work ethic; I never saw him take a break. If the need arises, we will definitely use Samir again.

Samir Jimenez and SD Flooring Express was 5 stars. I highly recommend him. He took up my old tile floors in my whole house except the bedrooms and laid engineered hardwood.
I had 5 estimates...they were all over the board, some very unprofessional and sloppy upon presentation, another appeared very professional and really worked at selling me the job..spent a hour checking out the job at my home and I NEVER heard another thing.....no estimate,no follow up phone call....Another large chain company had an OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH bid, one was just lackadaisical and appeared as if he didn't care if he got the job or not!
Samir was very prompt on all appointments and returned all txt, emails and phone calls. His price was great and his work excellent. He kept every promise, and very professional and very reasonably priced, the flooring and the base boards and all the prep and finish work wonderful .
You will not be sorry if you hire Samir Jimenez.

San Diego Flooring Express was one of the best choices we have made in a long time.
They were reliable, professional, and the results were really great. Samir Jimenez is the head of the group and is detail oriented. He insisted on not getting paid until the very last detail was finished and until we were perfectly satisfied. I highly recommend San Diego Flooring Express.
It was a smart choice and the price was right!! Excellent job.
