I had V & E repair a tub surround after the tub was replaced and install floor tile after subfloor repairs. This is the text from my tenant: They're finished and they did a great job! They did not waste time. They were here at 6:59am and they took lunch at 1:00pm when they had finished all of the tile. They came back and finished the grout; and they just left. (4pm) They even vacuumed all of the living room where they had brought things through. I would recommend them to ppl I know. They were really good! See before & after pix. (drywall & baseboard replacement I will finish)

These guys are GREAT! I called 3 other people and they were booked for months. Contacted V&E Tile through Thumbtack and got a call within 30 minutes. Sent photos and got a quote and said they could come Wednesday! (this was Monday). They were on time and very Professional! They know their trade! They covered all the floors from gargage to bathroom. The floor needed more work than expected (needed new floor) but they corrected everything and then laid the new tile! It came out beautifull! Awesome Job! Thank you Errique and Vicente!!!!

V&E was amazing! While we were scheduling, the team was really responsive and helpful in helping us understand needed materials. During installation, the team was really kind and friendly. They finished the project quickly and were very clean. They were communicative before, during, and after install. Beyond just great service, this team noticed there was an imperfection in our kitchen, which was no fault of theirs. They went out of their way to find a creative solution, so we could be wowed with the finished product. The best! We will certainly use this team for any tile projects we have in the future!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is try and make contact with the customer either a phone call or text to get a feel for what they’re needing. Next would be a visit to see the actual project they need help with and give them a quote.
