We've used Ron three times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Wish I used him for a major remodel (4200sf) in 2008, which he fixed in 2017 (after water leak was detected from that same remodel). After interviewing 6 wood flooring ppl, his estimate came in the middle of the range. Other floor ppl didn't know how or wouldn't touch our project due to the moisture issue. Ron was the only one who confidently explained how to deal with it, and redid things that I didn't like from the original install. I saw Ron daily for about 2 months. Later, I had him replace the last room that didn't match the house. The floors were gorgeous (see below)! (And, he had flooring that others do not offer.) Fast forward to 2022, after moving, Ron replaced the carpeting upstairs with wood flooring. Although his crew had turned over (life happens), the guys were just as helpful, polite, timely, and clean. They moved furniture, replaced baseboards. I had follow up for both projects to clean up glue residue and they were thorough and never rushed. I always refer Ron to friends and neighbors on Nextdoor. He's the best! Save yourself the trouble and just call Ron!

After much research, visiting flooring showrooms (big & small), and reading customer reviews, I narrowed it down to several flooring installers to come measure and provide a quote. I chose Ron from Woodworks for price, selection and an overall good impression he left. He doesn't upsell, oversell, or pressure you. No pressure! Look no further. I am so happy with the end result for several reasons. *PROFESSIONALISM: Ron and the crew he brought in were courteous, prompt, reliable, and a great group of people. It's what you hope for from beginning to end and that's exactly what I got. From the initial demo and the finishing work, I am so happy with my experience. From the additional demo crew to Ron, Tyler, and Michael, they all worked hard and it showed. Ron and Tyler answered all of my questions and any issues that were raised were dealt with quickly. Michael was a newer installer getting training and from the way Ron and Tyler would give him instructions I was impressed at how well they were teaching him. It could be nerve-racking sometimes to have someone relatively new on your own job but I was impressed with how well Michael learned and performed. He did a great job ... they all did! *COMMUNICATION: Ron was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any messages. This was such a relief because I could get my questions answered quickly. *WORKMANSHIP: They pay attention to the details! Ron and Tyler took the time to check everything. I appreciated them making sure the floor was leveled, not taking shortcuts, and doing it right. They made sure the cuts were good so that the joints and transition areas were done right. I would hear them discuss how and what should get done before starting rather than winging it. As a customer, I appreciated that because they treated my home the way they would work on their own. They were meticulous and it shows. *VALUE/PRICING: Ron will do his best to give you the best price with superior quality. He has an amazing selection for you to choose from and uses the best products for what goes underneath the floors. He went out of his way to get additional samples of the various types of color and wood grain I was looking for. I was able to bring them home to check under different lighting conditions and never felt rushed. CUSTOMER SERVICE: It doesn't get better than this. With any job, unforeseen issues can come up but everything about my experience with them felt easy. They were so pleasant and truly an honest group of the nicest people. My floors look amazing and I would hire Ron and the same crew in a heartbeat!

We are beyond happy with our new wood floors. Ron and Geo did a great job of keeping us informed through the entire project - from the initial quote to the final install process, and everything in between. Their employees were respectful of our home and family as we stayed in the home for the project. We had them weave in existing red oak with new red oak and you would never know the entire project was not installed together. The final product looks amazing - they are true professionals and artisans!

We are OBSESSED with our new hardwoods from Wood Floor Connection! Not only is the product EXACTLY what we envisioned, but the service from start to finish was stellar. Working and scheduling with contractors can be tricky and frustrating, but Ron was communicative, flexible, and extremely helpful. Our installer, Geo, was also incredible. He was prompt, kind, and his work was flawless. He even worked around the drywall installers who were there on the same days as them, and gave excellent advice on how to protect our new floors while other work was happening. We will never go anywhere else for hardwoods -- Wood Floor Connection is the gold standard!
