Oscar was fantastic to work with and I am so pleased with the results. He did laminate flooring in my condo and gave me an understanding of the time frame and was able to get it all done in time. He also did my baseboards with no extra charge for labor. He was responsive and prompt with communication. Fantastic experience!

Oscar has been amazing, upfront, flexible (very important as a single mom!), and incredibly professional! I am lucky to have found such an able person to install my flooring. He has also helped me find wonderful people to work on my other projects. Oscars work done on my laminate flooring was not only done perfect, it was done days before we originally expected. I really appreciated the day by day updates he gave with photos of the progress. I would recommend Oscar to anyone thinking about getting quality installation.

We purchased a new home two years ago and my husband and I decided to install new laminate flooring, door trims and baseboards ourselves. We only managed to finish half of the house and got too busy with our work to complete everything upstairs. The house always seemed unfinished with tons of material cluttering our garage. We decided to post an ad on thumbtack and Oscar responded -- and we are soooooo pleased that he did.

We have nothing but praises for Oscar - the quality of his work, his attention to detail, the fact that they cleaned up everyday before leaving. Now we have absolutely beautiful floors and mouldings and the house is finally "finished"! Even though it wasn't included in his original quote, he also installed the baseboard and quarter-rounds in some of our half-finished closets and pantry. He is a wonderful contractor - one who won't "nickel and dime" you for extra small stuff. My only regret/complaint: 1) not finding/hiring Oscar sooner and 2) not being able to give him more than 5 stars for this review.

Oscar was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job! I would recommend him to anyone. His rates are very fair and competitive and the results are fantastic. I had a bad experience with other flooring options from Large retailers and couldn't be happier having made the switch to Oscar.
