The King’s Court offers full spectrum of fitness and nutrition with mindset and full body wellness. Tristan and his team are passionate, and genuine, while they continuously work with each individual clients to help them to become the best version. I initially started with a 3-months program, extended, and have now transitioned into a lifetime member. Tristan has cultivated not only a sustainable program, but also the ability to bring everyone together through encouragement, compassion, caring, and loyalty. The King’s Court community/ family has become an important part of my life, and I am honored to have Tristan as my coach, mentor, and a friend. The support system is uplifting, compassionate, and to hold each other accountable through the thick and thins in a judgement free environment. It is truly one of a kind that’s currently out there!

Tristan is an amazing coach his programs work! I have been fortunate enough to work with him directly he is well educated in his expertise. If you are a novice to weight training, then you will love this Fitness program. There are vids within the app to show you how to do the workouts (you'll also take note while watching the vids what kind of machine you need to search out in the gym to do your reps). There is also a Trauma Informed tier since there's more than one tier. This helped me out so very much! But there's a tier to fit everyone so if you only want the workouts you can go with a different tier. In the end, you'll not be purchasing just another run of the mill workout program, you are part of a family because YOU WILL come across wonderful like-minded and driven individuals who will help you and cheer you on your journey!

The King’s Court is the real deal! The knowledge and support are excellent. Tristan works with you to plan and excute your personal goals. The family created inside this group are people who I will have in my circle for life. Bottom line is that Tristan wants everyone to live their best life and you should want that for yourself too!
