Introduction: I offer a unique, holistic , gentle, and direct style of coaching, depth psychology, and energy healing that incorporates a combination of powerful research based holistic wellness methods to get to the root of the problem.
Each session is designed based on your individual needs and challenges at the time of session. These methods elicit change and healing at the root level of the issue and help prevent you from feeling stuck in cycles of repetitive pain. This will allow you to align into your highest path.
Coaching and depth healing is a process of discovery. Sessions are 1-2 hours long and can be done via video, phone in person, at home or place of business.
You discover who you are, inner gifts, talents, and dreams buried under years of emotional trauma and mental chatter. A traditional life coach is someone who guides you to reach goals and make changes in all areas of your life. An integrative life coach does that and helps you to heal while empowering you to change your life with coaching tools, techniques, and action plans. As a coach, our role is to help people unlock their potential and feel empowered to be their absolute best. This can help create lasting, meaningful change in individuals and organizations, changing lives while building a more satisfying career. Coaching will help clients gain freedom from the past, overcome harmful habits, and reprogram patterns that block fulfillment.
During sessions I will also guide you to allow the Flow of your own higher levels of consciousness and energies to flow through you. This may be felt or seen and each client has a slightly different experience. This allows you to experience greater levels of expansion, lightness & clarity as your chakras, auric fields and energy channels are cleared, renewed and balanced. Pontea may also use Healing Crystals to move faster through a block, or Cleansing Plants such as sage to clear some stagnation, as well as intuitive support using various Oracle healing cards, and Ancient Egyptian Tarot to help her clients depending on their specific needs during session. Tarot is based on the Human Development journey. Each card embodies an Archetype Energy that we all experience at one time or another throughout the course of our Hero's journey. The Hero's journey was explained by Jospeh Campbell as the journey we all take to become who we truly are. We are all the Hero of our own life and in any given moment in time we are experiencing different gifts and challenges.
